Strawberry
Nutrition experts have been using strawberries against anemia for a long time because of their high content of folic acid and iron. The high calcium content protects the bones against osteoporosis; potassium and magnesium protect the heart. Strawberries also contain salicylic acid, which relieves symptoms of gout and rheumatism. Secondary metabolites from the group of phenolic acids protect against cancer and prevent arteriosclerosis.
