Dark chocolate covered pears

Ingredients:

65% dried pears (sulfurized), 35% dark chocolate coating (cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter,
emulsifier: soya bean lecithin, flavour: vanilla).
Pear has least quantity of fruit acid compared to all other fruit.
It is rich in potassium (it has a dewatering effect in the body) and also calcium, magnesium,
manganese, iron, copper, phosphorus, sulphur and silicic acid. Pears have antiinflammatory
effect because it contains tanin; their dietary fiber promots digestion and prevents
constipation.
